About the job as a pharmacist at Hjärtat

As a pharmacist at Hjärtat, you will work variably with advice and sales of both prescription and self-care products. Your pharmaceutical competence, engagement, and experience contribute to improving our customers' health and the pharmacy's success.

For this position, we would like you to also take on the role of sales responsible. This means you will be responsible for increasing the sales of goods and over-the-counter medications at your pharmacy. Together with your pharmacy manager, you will optimize Hjärtat's campaigns and sales activities. You will initiate activities and exercises that promote sales, such as competitions and campaign follow-ups. Additionally, you will coach your colleagues in customer interaction, sales, and advice.

Why you should work with us - the pharmacy manager tells

Welcome to our lovely pharmacy in Västertorp Centrum. We are a small but dedicated team consisting of two pharmacists who are passionate about providing the best possible customer service. We are now looking for a flexible and committed pharmacist who shares our passion for helping customers and ensuring proper medication use.

As a pharmacist with us, you will play an important role in meeting customer needs through advice and sales. We value that you are engaged, goal-oriented, and take your own initiatives. You will contribute to a good team spirit and work towards our common goals.

Our customers mainly consist of retirees and families with children, and we are open weekdays from 10 AM to 6 PM, with lunch break from 1:15 PM to 2 PM.

The position is a permanent full-time employment as a pharmacist. A probationary period may apply, and the start date will be agreed upon.

Are you the one we are looking for?

We are looking for you who are a licensed pharmacist or pharmacy technician. You are either at the beginning of your career or an experienced pharmacist and recognize yourself in the description:

• You show interest and engagement in meeting customers and collaborate well with colleagues at your pharmacy and throughout the region/Apotek Hjärtat
• You take responsibility for managing the demands placed on you as a pharmacist and seek help from your team when needed
• You contribute with a good attitude and seek simple solutions in everyday life
