Lilla Sätraskolan belongs to the Sätra principal area, which is a growing and multicultural area. In our schools, students from different cultures meet and learn from each other. Lilla Sätraskolan is located near fantastic outdoor environments, and about 300 students in grades 3-5 attend the school. We are now looking for a teacher for a flexible group, with a smaller number of students in need of extra support starting in the autumn term of 2025. We warmly welcome your application!

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Are you a relationship-building person with the ability to find new ways to lead and motivate others? Great, then this could be a position for you!

As a teacher for grades 3-5, you will work with teaching, as well as being responsible for mapping, planning, implementation, assessment, and evaluation of lessons. The work is carried out according to established goals and guidelines. Together with your colleagues, you will design a good, enjoyable, and varied school day with the students' best interests in focus. You challenge and support the students so that they achieve good study results and adapt your teaching based on all students' needs and conditions. The work is carried out in collaboration with other educators, student health, guardians, and other actors outside the school.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone with a teaching degree and teaching license with authorization to teach in grades 3-5. You have experience working with students within the NPF spectrum. As a teacher, you need to be able to express yourself well in Swedish and have general knowledge and experience with digital tools. You are also familiar with and knowledgeable about the curriculum for primary schools. It is an advantage for the position if you have special educational competence.

In social contexts, you are proactive and good at creating trusting relationships that make students feel safe. You have a good ability to make students thrive and feel good, feel a sense of belonging, and be included in the school's activities. As a person, you are calm and can handle pressured and particularly challenging situations. You are flexible and can quickly adapt to the changing needs of the organization and students. You enjoy collaborating with others and have a positive and solution-oriented approach to the task.

You have a knack for leading and motivating students, you are structured and plan your work well, and you carry out teaching based on the goals in the curriculum. You have a strong belief that all students can succeed. We place great importance on personal suitability for the job.
