For Jernvallskolan 4-6, we are looking for:

• 2 teachers for grade 5 where mentorship is included, permanent employment 100%.

Jernvallskolan is located in southern Sandviken, next to Arena Jernvallen and Göransson Arena where the school conducts its sports activities. The school is close to Storsjön and utilizes that proximity in teaching.

The number of positions may change based on organizational conditions at the start of the term.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Your responsibilities include planning, implementing, and evaluating work according to the school's governing documents, both individually and together with other educators at the school. Your mission is to stimulate all students' development and learning, harness students' enthusiasm and curiosity, and promote a safe and accessible learning environment for all students.

Your responsibility includes creating good relationships with students, parents, and colleagues. You are a role model for all students at the school.

We work in teams to ensure that we are an attractive school with the student in focus in a safe and developing environment.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who recognizes themselves in the following:

• Teaching degree and certification with qualifications for the position you are applying for
• Good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written
• IT competence and experience using digital tools
• Well acquainted with the governing documents of primary school

As a person, you easily adapt to changing circumstances. You can quickly change your perspective and see the opportunities in changes.

You collaborate well with others and relate to them in a responsive and smooth manner. By listening and communicating, you resolve any conflicts constructively.

You have the ability to understand someone else's perspective or situation without taking over their feelings. You have a good understanding of how people absorb knowledge, their different conditions, and can adapt your teaching accordingly. You plan, organize, and prioritize your work effectively.
