ABOUT THE POSITION
As an HSE specialist, you will be part of a close-knit HSE team dedicated to supporting and driving the HSE area for the site within a global organization. In your role, you will primarily focus on environment, energy, and chemicals, as well as other workplace-related tasks. Your tasks will mainly consist of systematically working on improvements and developing work methods to reduce plastic use and increase the recycling of products with quality defects. Throughout all aspects of your role, you will adhere to the legal and reporting requirements in the area.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Tasks
- Drive and promote a strong HSE culture within the organization. Support, educate, and coach responsible managers and line functions
- Analyze and report HSE statistics, requirements, incident investigations, and audit results
- Follow up on HSE goals, report status, and any actions taken
- Provide assistance and support to external and internal audit teams. Conduct internal audits of management systems against the requirements of ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001:2018, and ISO 50001:2018
WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO
- Fluently speaks and writes in Swedish and English as required for the tasks
- Has a degree in occupational health, environment, chemistry, sustainability, or another related field
- Has knowledge of Swedish legislation in the HSE area, which can be obtained through studies or work experience
It is an advantage if you have:
- Knowledge of chemical handling systems
- Experience with ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001:2018, and ISO 50001:2018
