The Fosietorp Health Center is a well-functioning and pleasant health care unit with research assignments from the Center for Primary Care Research (CPF). We see collaboration as a success factor and strive for openness on important issues, viewing communication as a natural working tool to work towards the same goals and achieve them. Our daily work is characterized by trust-based management, patient focus, and organizational development.

The health center has several specialist clinics, and the child health center is also located in our shared premises. We have approximately 11,700 registered patients, and about 750 children are registered at the child health center. Today, we are about 50 employees in various professions such as specialist-trained general practitioners, ST doctors, district nurses, pediatric nurses, general nurses, nursing assistants, social workers, psychologists, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, dietitians, and medical secretaries/administrators. Together, we represent different areas within general medicine to provide all our patients with safe and accessible primary care of high quality and with a good reception. Our premises are located in the southern urban area of Malmö with good public transport connections and close to the outer and inner ring roads if you choose to drive.

We are an academic health center that serves as a resource for other health centers regarding various research projects. Since a lot of research is conducted at the health center, we continuously keep ourselves updated and maintain a high scientific level in both our medical operations and mental health. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

We now welcome a new colleague to our well-staffed and development-oriented group of doctors consisting of eight general practitioners and five ST doctors/licensed physicians. The position is a fixed-term employment for six months with the possibility of extension.

We are looking for someone who wants to work in new ways to improve primary care and the work environment. Together we will further develop the Fosietorp model, a modern and patient-centered way of working as a family doctor. We strive for continuity, quality, and being close to our patients.

Our group of doctors is known for being helpful and welcoming, and we are a group with a high ceiling. We have good continuity and high competence in all professional groups at the health center. We apply trust-based management, flexible working methods, and a structure that promotes personal development as well as group and organizational development. QUALIFICATIONS

We welcome you who are a licensed physician with the authority to practice within Swedish healthcare. Language skills in Swedish corresponding to at least level C1 according to the Council of Europe's scale are required. We would like you to have previous experience in primary care as well as experience working in PMO and Melior.
