About the job as Operations Coordinator / Team Leader: We need to expand our team in the heart of the operation - the production in our terminal in Kalmar. In our terminals, packages arrive daily that need to be sorted and delivered to our customers, as well as packages that need to be transshipped and sent to other cities.

The entire process needs to be supervised to ensure everything runs smoothly, and this is where our Operations Coordinators come in. The role includes, among other things:

• Ensuring that operations continue during day, evening, and weekend hours without interruption

• Carefully ensuring that goods come in and out of the terminal according to schedule.

• Leading the staff so that the various sorting and loading tasks go according to plan

• Working according to set KPIs to ensure productivity and quality

• The job is full-time and shifts may vary between 11:00 AM - 11:00 PM according to the schedule throughout the week.

• You have experience in warehousing or logistics.

• You are a strong team player who enjoys collaboration.

• You have an aptitude for leading staff groups in operational work and are good at communicating and providing feedback

• You enjoy working physically with your body.

• You are proficient in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

• You have a B driver's license. Other qualifications are a plus.

The position of Operations Coordinator is primarily a driving position with a responsibility supplement that runs according to agreement.
