Gullbrannagården is a year-round conference, course, and camp facility with four-star camping. The facility is located in a picturesque area, near the sea, ten kilometers south of Halmstad. Every day during the summer season, we welcome about 1500 visitors. Our guests during the autumn, winter, and spring seasons include conferences, courses, and camps from churches, municipalities, companies, and many non-profit organizations. As our cleaning manager, you will be responsible, together with our team, for ensuring that our guests have a good impression and a pleasant stay with us. You should be able to develop good relationships with staff, suppliers, and guests.

Your tasks will consist of about 10% administration and about 90% cleaning;

Administration includes

• Scheduling and coordinating staff
• Purchasing cleaning supplies
• Collaboration with other departments (booking, kitchen, and maintenance)
• Instructing new employees and substitutes

The position is a permanent employment of about 75% starting August 1. Varied working hours and weekend shifts may occur.
