Your Mission

As a care assistant in home care, you will work with one of the best and most enriching tasks – making everyday life meaningful for the retirees in Värmdö. Being professional is just as much about a good approach and understanding of other people's needs and feelings as it is about working with care tasks and service. We work hard to maintain a professional attitude both towards our customers and within the work group.

As a person, you are responsible, flexible, and have a genuine interest in people. We expect you to have a great deal of empathy and be good at building relationships and making contact. Your Experience

We are looking for someone with at least 1 year of experience in home care and/or elderly care. We see that you are familiar with systems such as Phoniro, Combine, and have experience ordering from Mathem and Sodexo. You need to be able to speak and understand Swedish well and also express yourself well in writing, as communication is an important need for our elderly. A valid B driver's license and being at least 18 years old are required.
