Do you want a summer job where you make a difference every day? Victoriahem is now looking for a structured and service-oriented property coordinator who wants to be part of our team in Borås during the summer months.

About the role

As a property coordinator, you will be an important part of our team where you support with rentals, viewings, administration, and inspections. You will also staff the office reception during designated opening hours and during key handovers. In your role as a property coordinator, you will have regular contact with our tenants to answer questions and receive feedback. You are a central link in our daily work and ensure that everything runs smoothly in the office.

We are looking for someone who:

• Is meticulous, organized, and thrives in a fast-paced environment
• Can meet people in a service-oriented and professional manner in various situations
• Communicates fluently in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Has a valid driver's license and access to a car
