About the job:

A young man with autism has moved into his own apartment and needs a stable, secure home environment. There is a need for two people around the clock to create this for him based on his conditions.

You will of course also work around and maintain daily routines, household tasks such as cooking, cleaning, etc., while creating quality of life for the client.

About you we are looking for:

Are you a secure person? Can you handle others' feelings without taking them over? Great, that is indeed needed in the job! If you are the one who stands firm when the winds blow, and have a generally positive and cheerful attitude towards things, you have an advantage as well.

We also believe that you are great at collaborating, finding solutions, and making decisions.

Previous experience with autism is a plus.

Sign language support is a plus.

About the positions:

Summer temporary positions

On-call positions as needed

Day shifts, double staffing around the clock

We conduct background checks before employment.
