Do you want to work as a Project Manager in a really great team? Here you will work on exciting projects in Installation and Contracting. ASSA ABLOY Industrial Sweden is looking for a driven project manager who wants to lead our large projects and contribute to our successful journey!

About the role As a project manager with us, you will be responsible for planning, leading, and following up on larger installation projects, from start to finish. This involves new constructions, modernizations, and customized solutions within, for example, industrial doors, docking equipment, and fire doors. You will be the important link between customers, subcontractors, and internal teams, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and with high quality. Examples of tasks include:

• Establishing and following project plans and coordinating all resources.
• Responsible for material planning and management of subcontractors.
• Monitoring the financial outcomes of projects and reporting deviations.
• Ensuring workplace safety and quality throughout the project process.
• Leading and coordinating project teams and participating in final inspections.
• Acting as the customer’s advisor and support in the decision-making process.

You will be based in any location in Stockholm/Mälardalen, as most projects will be carried out in this region. However, there are projects throughout the country. You enjoy traveling to your projects and plan your presence on-site in consultation with customers and installers. At our office in Liljeholmen, you will have several colleagues on-site, providing opportunities for both social and work-related exchanges.

Who are you? We are looking for someone with at least 5 years of experience as a project manager or in a similar role within construction, installation, or contracting. You have experience leading teams in the field and are familiar with construction sites.

To thrive in this role, you need to:

• Be communicative and skilled at building long-term relationships.
• Have a technical background and an interest in technical solutions.
• Be business-minded, structured, and able to solve problems.
• Be able to inspire and lead teams and manage projects with many stakeholders.

Experience with industrial doors or similar products is not a requirement, but a technical interest, good understanding, and willingness to learn more are important.
