About the position

Perido is now looking for a lease administrator to strengthen our client's team, one of Sweden's largest banks. The office is located just north of Stockholm, and they offer a flexible work environment with a policy of three days on-site and two days remote. However, please note that you are expected to work 100% on-site during your training period.

Your responsibilities

Here you will have the opportunity to work in a professional and changing environment where you will be responsible for administering and developing the management of lease agreements. More specifically, your tasks will include:

• Registration of new Swedish agreements and ongoing updates of existing agreements to ensure they are always current
• Management of the flow of rental invoices for Swedish agreements and contact with suppliers
• Participation in the management and development of the contract system Planon, including testing new versions during system upgrades
• Handling questions related to the global standard for lease accounting IFRS16, as the registration of agreements affects the balance sheet and income statement
• Support to colleagues on various issues related to lease agreements

Qualifications:

• Practical and legal experience working with lease agreements, preferably for commercial properties
• Experience managing a large flow of invoices and ensuring they are handled on time
• Experience working in Excel
• Ability to communicate fluently in both spoken and written Swedish and English

Meritorious:

• Experience in lease agreement administration
• Experience working in lease agreement systems
• Basic understanding of accounting and the IFRS framework

Scope and start date

Full-time, consultancy assignment until 2026-04-30. Start date 2025-04-01.
