In Kungsbacka, about 20 employees work. Nearly 90 students are distributed across the school's three grades. The students study the Natural Resource Program, specializing in Horse Management. At our schools, we create tomorrow's riders and horse enthusiasts with a solid educational foundation for both further studies and professional life.

This is what you will work with us:

We are looking for riding instructors SRL3 or B-trainers for our sports profile NIU (National Sports Education). Both jumping and dressage orientations may be relevant.

Teaching is both practical and theoretical. Other subjects within our natural resource program, such as horse knowledge or similar, could be relevant for the position based on the applicant's competence or wishes.

You are also expected to be a mentor and in this role, follow the student's knowledge development and study situation in its entirety.

We would like you to meet the following qualifications:

We are looking for someone who is an educated riding instructor SRL3 or B-trainer. If you are a licensed vocational teacher, it is an advantage. In teaching, you are a confident leader who understands the importance of adapting instruction based on students' needs.

Start Date and Employment Rate

The position can be partially adapted based on the applicant's interests and education. The employment rate can be from 20% and upwards. Start date in August 2025. The position is permanent, with a 6-month probationary period applied. Vacation job.
