Customer Service Representative for Summer Job

Are you an engaged and service-oriented person who loves to provide service? We are now looking for a customer service representative for a summer job in our organization. In this role, you will provide information and support to visitors and handle inquiries and complaints in a professional and efficient manner. We offer a flexible part-time job with two fixed days on-site at Skeppsholmen on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

Responsibilities

• Answer and forward calls from our reception phone.
• Manage the reception email inbox.
• Welcome visitors and assist with both external and internal meetings.
• Follow up on customer cases and ensure they are resolved within the specified time.
• Perform administrative tasks related to customer service.

We believe that you:

• Have good knowledge and geographical awareness of the Stockholm archipelago.
• Have a natural sense of service and customer interaction.
• Are positive, proactive, and solution-oriented.
• Have good communication skills, both verbally and in writing.
• Can work independently and take responsibility for your tasks.
• Have previous experience in customer service, preferably within tourism or the service industry.

The Archipelago Foundation is one of the largest landowners in Stockholm County and is responsible for preserving and developing large and urban recreational areas for both Stockholm residents and visitors from other parts of Sweden and the world.
