About the role

As a Payroll and HR Administrator, you will work broadly with HR administration and issues related to compensation and benefits. The role includes supporting payroll and benefits management, HR processes and systems, as well as contributing with analyses and administration regarding salary structure and benefits programs. Flexibility and the ability to be a team player are essential!

Responsibilities

  • Payroll Administration
    • Manage the payroll process in collaboration with the payroll provider or internal payroll system
    • Ensure that payroll data, absence, benefits, and compensations are registered correctly
    • Check, prepare, and follow up on payroll runs, taxes, and social fees
    • Administer pensions, insurances, and other employee benefits
    • Handle travel expenses, reimbursements, and other compensations
    • Ensure that payroll management is conducted according to applicable collective agreements and legislation
  • Compensation & Benefits
    • Manage and update benefits and pension solutions
    • Participate in salary surveys and analyses of salary data
    • Contribute to reporting and follow-up on compensation issues
    • Support in managing incentive programs and bonus models
  • HR Administration
    • Handle HR administrative tasks such as employment contracts, updates in HR systems, and documentation
    • Support in recruitment and onboarding processes
    • Ensure that HR documentation and records are up to date
    • Contribute to annual HR processes such as salary reviews and performance management
  • Qualifications and Experience
  • Post-secondary education in HR, economics, or equivalent experience
  • Experience in HR administration
  • Experience in Compensation & Benefits
  • Familiarity with HR and payroll systems (e.g., Hogia, Tidomat, etc.) and good knowledge of Excel
  • Understanding of labor law regulations related to compensation issues

Being service-oriented and having good communication and collaboration skills are a given for you.

Meritorious:

Experience working in systems such as Hogia, Tidomat, Teamtailor, Medius, etc. Experience implementing HRM systems
