About the Position

Are you a service-minded and self-driven person looking for a summer job with the opportunity to develop within order management and administration? Together with our partner Jotun Sweden, we are looking for a student who wants to work during the summer of 2025 to support and play an important role in their team. Additionally, there is the possibility to work extra alongside your studies and during other summers. For those who are driven and want to move forward, there are great development opportunities in an international environment within the company. You will receive a solid introduction and support from experienced colleagues, where you will have the opportunity to be part of a team characterized by community and collaboration to provide the best possible service to customers.

You will support the order management, which means receiving orders from customers and administrating them in the system. You will work towards B2B where customers include paint dealers/stores. Your main tool will be working in the IFS system where you will receive the training you need to navigate the system. Initially, the tasks will involve handling simpler orders, gradually taking on more complex tasks. In the role, you will also handle incoming calls and emails where you respond to simpler inquiries regarding order status and product availability.

Your tasks can be summarized as follows:

• Receive incoming orders from customers
• Administer orders in the IFS system
• Handle inquiries via email and incoming calls from customers
• Support other colleagues with various administration as needed

We are looking for someone who

• Is studying at a university in a relevant field such as industrial economics/logistics and preferably has at least 2 years left of studies
• Has previous experience in order or similar administrative tasks, as well as experience from retail work with cash systems
• Has some computer skills and a good ability to learn systems
• Communicates fluently in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Is available to work full-time during the summer of 2025 from week 25 to week 31

About the Recruitment Process and Employment
