Linds Bakery is looking for a friendly and ambitious employee for our units at the University Hospital in Linköping.

Linds US is a lunch restaurant and cafeteria with 2 units at the hospital in Linköping. We have both guests who eat and have coffee in our serving area and those who buy "take away". The assortment consists of lunch dishes and sandwiches made and prepared on-site, as well as pastries, cakes, tarts, and sandwich cakes from our bakery.

Linds Bakery is Östergötland's leading bakery and pastry company with operations at 11 locations in Linköping, Mjölby, Motala, Finspång, Tranås, and Åtvidaberg.

The position is available immediately or by agreement, but we would like you to be able to work according to the schedule by the end of November at the latest.

The working degree is 75% with work either Saturday or Sunday every other weekend. When working, the working hours on certain days may be scheduled either from 6:30 AM in the morning or until 6:30 PM in the evening. We work according to a rolling schedule to ensure that working hours are fair for all employees. This also means shorter work every other weekend.

There is an opportunity for additional work in cases of illness, vacations, other leave, and if interest and opportunity arise, also in other units within the company in similar situations.

The work involves, in addition to cash handling in our store and serving area, some work in the cold kitchen, including sandwich production and preparation of dishes. You will also work with dishwashing & cleaning to ensure that both our production and sales & serving areas are always clean & fresh.

To fit the position, we believe you are an open & cheerful person who is passionate about service. You should not be afraid to pitch in when needed and be stress-resistant to handle intense work peaks. It is also important that you maintain good order & cleanliness and that you are a team player who easily collaborates and gets along with your future colleagues.

If you are applying for the position, a couple of years of experience in similar work, especially in a kitchen/restaurant, is advantageous. If you can also provide references, that is a plus.

Our company is a member of Visita, and the salary is according to the collective agreement with HRF.
