About Us
Pappa Grappa is a restaurant where quality, service, and a family atmosphere are at the center. We specialize in authentic Italian pizzas, baked in a traditional wood-fired oven with carefully selected ingredients.
About the Role
As a pizzaiolo with us, you will:
- Bake authentic Italian pizzas in a traditional wood-fired oven
- Work with the highest quality ingredients to create the best flavors and textures
- Ensure that each pizza meets the same high standards and is presented with care
- Work in an efficient team where collaboration and passion for food are key
- Follow high hygiene and safety standards in the kitchen
Who Are You?
We are looking for someone who:
- Has experience baking Italian pizzas, preferably in a restaurant environment
- Has knowledge of wood-fired pizza ovens and their techniques
- Is quick, precise, and can handle a fast-paced environment
- Has a passion for food and a sense for flavors and presentation
- Is a team player with positive energy
