Östgöta Kök is the restaurant group in Norrköping and Linköping that has focused on preparing Östgöta cuisine at its best for nearly twenty years. Our journey began with a restaurant in Norrköping where we now operate Östgöta Kök Nya Torget, Burgers and Bangers, Grazie, and a seaside hotel in Arkösund. In Linköping, we run Östgöta Kök Garnisonen and ÖK Smak & Tak. We are passionate about serving well-prepared food based on a love for selected ingredients, both on-site at our restaurants and through catering and events. Our operations are characterized by quality ingredients, craftsmanship, and care.

We are looking for an experienced bartender for the summer at Arkösund Hotel

Are you a confident and experienced bartender who loves to create memorable experiences at the bar? Do you have a good eye for detail, a sense of service, and a personality that makes guests feel at home? Then you might be the one we are looking for to join our wonderful team this summer!

About the role As a bartender with us, you are a central part of the experience for our guests – whether it’s mixing classic cocktails with precision, recommending a good wine for dinner, or chatting with our regulars over the bar. We value both craftsmanship and heart.

We are looking for someone who: – Has previous experience working as a bartender in a restaurant or hotel – Has good beverage knowledge, preferably in wine, beer, and cocktails – Is confident in your role and can work both independently and in a team – Has a twinkle in your eye and a natural sense of service – Speaks Swedish and English fluently
