Kårservice is looking for a head waiter for part-time work of at least 50 percent at our student houses.

Our operations include restaurant, nightclub, conferences, sittings, and catering, primarily aimed at students at Linköping University (LiU). As a head waiter, you play a central role in creating a positive experience for our guests by leading the service, coordinating staff, and ensuring that our events and sittings run smoothly. About the position

The position is a part-time employment of around 50%, mainly during evenings and weekends, adapted to the needs of the operation.

As a head waiter, you are responsible for leading and coordinating the serving staff during sittings and events. You ensure that the service is of high quality and that guests have a pleasant experience. The work also includes providing support and guidance to volunteer staff, managing the cash register system, and following applicable routines for serving and permits.

We are looking for someone who

• Is a student at Linköping University
• Has a natural sense of hospitality and service
• Enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and likes when a lot is happening
• Is a team player who enjoys collaborating and creating a good work environment
• Has experience in serving or a similar service job
• Communicates fluently in Swedish and is comfortable speaking English
• Is responsible, solution-oriented, and sees what needs to be done
