Expectations

We are looking for an engaged individual for a summer position with one of our clients, a transport company specializing in courier and delivery services. The role involves being a key person in the daily operations along with a small team responsible for smooth operations and logistics.

Responsibilities

Manage and follow up on orders to ensure correct delivery to customers.
Coordinate and give instructions to drivers and manage delivery schedules.
Optimize traffic flow in the operational area and communicate with production planning regarding personnel needs for loading and unloading.
Collaborate with various departments to select the right transport method and manage documentation.
Keep records of goods and update transport management on current status.
Maintain continuous documentation and communication with suppliers, carriers, and internal stakeholders.

We expect you to have

Experience working as a professional driver with heavy trucks.
Fluent knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

It is an advantage if you have:

Experience or education in transport planning or management.
Ongoing post-secondary education and can work part-time after the summer.

Working hours: Daytime, weekdays.
Scope: Seasonal
