Billerud Frövi is a world-leading manufacturer of packaging board and liquid board intended for users with very high demands for efficient, creative, and functional packaging solutions. Our materials are used daily by millions of consumers in over 100 countries – in everything from packaging for milk, juice, and yogurt to exclusive products like perfume and chocolate, as well as electronics, premium beverages, and various food items.

We are now looking for a warehouse worker for our production unit in Frövi.

The Material Handling & Service section is part of the Maintenance Department for our production unit in Frövi/Rockhammar. The section is responsible for the maintenance and care of, among other things, outdoor areas, roads, buildings, warehouses, internal transport, and internal service functions such as cafeteria, cleaning, and facilities.

You will be part of our dedicated team in the warehouse in Frövi with the aim of maintaining and developing operations within the warehouse. The team consists of knowledgeable colleagues with good collaboration skills where service and structure are at the center.

As a warehouse worker, you are an important part of our daily logistics and maintenance department's service function and contribute to ensuring that our operations have access to the right materials at the right time.

Your main tasks will include:

• Receiving and shipping goods according to applicable procedures.
• Administering the inspection of lifting equipment.
• Assisting with inventory and handling freight invoices.
• Managing mail handling.
• Ensuring order in premises and vehicles.
• Providing good service to employees and supporting other functions in Frövi.
• Participating in improvement work in the department.

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you have;

• Completed high school education with passing grades. Alternatively, work experience that Billerud assesses as equivalent.
• Driver's license B.
• Experience as a warehouse worker, internal service, or maintenance.
• Good system and computer skills are required.
• Good knowledge of Swedish, but also English, which is Billerud's corporate language.

It is advantageous if you have;

• Continued your studies after high school in areas such as warehouse management and logistics.
• Experience with various warehouse systems.
• Certifications for forklift, overhead crane, and ADR.
