At Senzum, we are looking for Finnish-speaking customer service representatives to join our team in Linköping. We are looking for someone who:

• Is passionate about service and puts the customer first
• Enjoys communicating both verbally and in writing in Swedish, English, and Finnish
• Is flexible as working hours vary
• Has good teamwork skills
• Is engaged and responsible
• Has good computer skills
• Has strong social skills

To succeed in your new role, the employment will begin with a paid training program where you will learn everything about the company and receive training in customer management. This means that there are no requirements for prior knowledge.

About the role and responsibilities

As a customer service representative at Senzum, you will work alongside your colleagues to assist our customers.

With a strong sense of service, you will respond to incoming calls, emails, chats, and social media to resolve customer inquiries in the best possible way. You are motivated by ensuring that the customer has a positive experience communicating with you.

Salary: Fixed hourly wage according to collective agreement
