At Viljan Selfhelp, we have extensive experience in meeting people with serious addiction problems. Every day, we meet individuals who have been written off or have given up hope in themselves. We see them challenge their own limits and grow as individuals.

We base our treatment on CBT as a method and we are now looking for an additional CBT therapist to join our work.

As a CBT therapist, you will hold groups and lectures on CBT, our manual-based themes: addiction/dependency, crime, violence and aggression, as well as life themes and our 12-step treatment with associated work in the steps, where we also have a separate department where clients are allowed substitution treatment.

We are looking for someone with education and experience in CBT (step-1)

• Education as a CBT therapist step 1 (requirement)

• Experience working in HVB for adults with addiction/crime, particularly 12-step

• Very good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written

• Excellent collaboration skills with clients, colleagues, and referrals from social services, probation, and employers.
