Are you an experienced operational buyer who enjoys working with international suppliers? Now you have the chance to take on a challenging assignment at a prominent company in Linköping, where you will be a central part in securing and developing important purchases.

This is an advertisement for a consulting assignment via AxÖ Consulting. The assignment starts by agreement.

Your Future Challenge

As an operational buyer, you will work with the purchase of systems and complex deliveries, where you will have the opportunity to take responsibility for the entire process. You will handle international suppliers, and your ability to communicate in English – both verbally and in writing – is therefore crucial.

Examples of Tasks:

• Conduct negotiations and create commercial agreements.
• Ensure deliveries according to schedule and agreed specifications.
• Communicate with suppliers and internal teams to drive purchasing processes forward.
• Identify and solve problems in the supply chain.
• Support projects and improvement initiatives related to the purchasing area.
• Manage and optimize purchasing systems and processes.

To Thrive in the Role, You Need:

• A few years of experience in operational purchasing, preferably within systems and complex deliveries.
• A structured approach and attention to detail in your commercial relationships.
• To be flexible and creative when unforeseen challenges arise.
• To express yourself fluently in English, both spoken and written.

Experience with IFS is an advantage.
