About the position
- As a Customer Service Representative with us, you will be the face of Releasy and our client SL, which has overall responsibility for public transport in the Stockholm region.
- You will be the primary point of contact for customers via phone, email, and chat.
- Your main tasks include handling customer inquiries and resolving any issues with a focus on meeting customer needs.
- You will assist with travel planning, lost property, and other issues that may arise in public transport.
- You will also work with customer service over the counter and be out among travelers.
- Your primary goal is to actively work to ensure high customer satisfaction and create memorable experiences for our customers.
To give you a good introduction to the job, the employment starts with a 12-day training combined with practical work. It is a constantly learning and developing environment where you will gradually learn new things and grow.
Qualifications and Skills
- Fluent Swedish in speech and writing.
- Good knowledge of English both orally and in writing.
- Good computer and system skills.
- Strong communication skills.
- Previous experience in customer service or sales is an advantage.
- Good knowledge of Stockholm and previous experience in public transport or travel planning is a plus, but not a requirement.
