Hagaskolan is a primary school for grades F-9 and adapted primary school with about 600 students. Hagaskolan is beautifully located in a quiet residential area near the city center. The school is organized in teams to strengthen relationships between teachers and students. We believe this provides the conditions for collaboration, utilizing everyone's combined strengths and competencies to increase students' goal achievement and well-being. The school will be mobile-free starting August 2024.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Plan, implement, and evaluate teaching in English and French
• Use varied and student-adapted teaching methods
• Assess and provide feedback on students' knowledge development
• Collaborate with colleagues, student health services, and guardians to create the best possible learning environment

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone with a teaching degree with qualifications in English and French for grades 7-9.

You have a strong ability to create an atmosphere where students feel safe, seen, and motivated to learn. You possess good pedagogical skills and experience in adapting your teaching to meet different students' needs. Experience working on language development, especially with students who need support in developing their language, is an advantage. You see language development as a natural part of all teaching and adapt your methods to promote students' linguistic and communicative abilities.
