DFDS Professionals is now looking for truck drivers to work with our sister company DFDS Logistics Services AB, a transport company in the automotive industry located in Arendal. The company operates around the clock, six days a week, and employs approximately 250 full-time staff. The vehicle fleet includes about 300 vehicles, of which 80 are trucks and 220 are trailers.

About the position

As a truck driver at DFDS Professionals, you will be transporting goods for our customers. Your main tasks will involve loading, transporting, and unloading goods in various flows, both long and short routes. The work is carried out in Gothenburg and is scheduled in shifts throughout the day.

About you

To fit the role of truck driver at DFDS Professionals, you should be confident behind the wheel and have a safe and responsible approach when driving the vehicle. Since you will meet customers daily in your work, we believe you are service-oriented, experienced in customer interaction, and enjoy this aspect of your workday. You have the ability to work independently and are detail-oriented, while also needing to collaborate with other drivers and work efficiently to stay within the specified time frames.

The employment is a consultancy position with the staffing company DFDS Professionals, with assignments at DFDS Logistics Services. To be the right person for us, you also need to be flexible regarding working hours, tasks, and sometimes this may also involve assignments with other customers.

Requirements for the position

• CE driving license
• Digital tachograph card
• Valid YKB
• Very good knowledge of Swedish and English
• Work experience from similar assignments is an advantage
• Valid ADR certificate is an advantage

Mobile consultant:

You are employed by us at DFDS Professionals but work out at our customers. Being a mobile consultant means that you are employed by us at DFDS Professionals to perform work at client companies, and your workplace, working hours, and tasks may vary within an agreed service area. Selection is ongoing, and hiring may occur before the application deadline.
