Vårdcentralen Vänhem is located in central Hässleholm, just a stone's throw from the train station. We offer a wide range of primary care services to our 12,600 registered patients. The unit currently consists of 60 enthusiastic employees, divided into three teams, with a good working climate. Here, we strive for care with continuity and teamwork across professional boundaries. We are a well-staffed health center with specialists in general medicine, ST and AT doctors, district nurses, registered nurses, nursing assistants, medical secretaries, dietitians, social workers, occupational therapists, and physiotherapists. We have well-developed specialist clinics in diabetes, asthma/COPD, dementia, elderly care, ENT, lifestyle, and multimodal pain treatment (MMS).

JOB DESCRIPTION

We are now welcoming another physiotherapist for a fixed-term position at our health center.

Our physiotherapy department consists of six physiotherapists and one rehabilitation assistant. The operations are located at Hässleholm Hospital, where our MMS team is also based. We have two development projects ahead of us as we aim to develop our teamwork methods and co-locate in shared facilities. This enables increased collaboration and changed working methods.

With us, you will have a developing job and friendly colleagues. In your daily work, you will collaborate with doctors, nurses, secretaries, occupational therapists, social workers, and physiotherapists. Your main tasks include reception activities, examination, assessment, and treatment of patients, both individually and in groups. The patients who come to us mainly have issues with movement and support organs.

We offer you good development opportunities with training based on your interests and the needs of the operations. We expect you to be involved in improvement work and operational development with the opportunity to deepen your knowledge.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for a licensed physiotherapist with the authority to work within Swedish healthcare. Language skills in Swedish at least corresponding to level C1 according to the Council of Europe’s scale are a requirement. We would also like you to have work experience in primary care. If you also have knowledge of the PMO journal system, it is an advantage.
