Assemblers Wanted for Successful Company in Malmö

We are now looking for someone with a technical interest / who enjoys detailed work and is ready to take on an exciting challenge at a successful company in Malmö! Are you the one we are looking for?

We are currently seeking assemblers for a truly exciting and successful company located at Jägersro in Malmö. Our client has been in operation since the 1970s, and at the start, the goal was to explore different ways to simplify and improve the way of sifting. Today, our client's product is considered one of the world's fastest and most efficient sifting systems.

For their production, we are now looking for precision mechanical assemblers. The tasks will consist of assembling sifters where the work takes place at different stations and with various steps per sifter. The tasks require precision and great accuracy. It is work performed with high quality at an efficient pace. As part of the recruitment process, you as a candidate will get to assemble a sifter and undergo a thorough background check.

The position is full-time, and you will initially be employed by StudentConsulting and hired out to our client. There are good opportunities to be taken on and directly employed by our client after the initial consulting assignment. We are looking for someone who sees the position as a long-term opportunity.

The working hours are scheduled in two shifts Monday to Friday, alternating weeks 06:00-14:20, and alternating weeks 14:20-22:40. The start for the position is estimated to be immediate and will begin with a thorough introductory training.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for someone who is skilled at detailed work and has a technical interest. Previous experience in fine motor assembly work is highly meritorious but not a requirement. As a person, we believe you are meticulous and enjoy structure. You are a calm person who still prefers to work at a fast pace and efficiently in various processes. Since many tasks are monotonous, we believe you have good concentration skills and enjoy working according to clear instructions and processes. Since all communication and instructions are in Swedish, you need to have good Swedish skills in both speaking and understanding.

Other experience that is meritorious:

• Background in fine motor work.
• Experience in industrial work
• Background in the beauty industry (e.g., eyelash extensions or nail construction)
