Customer Service Representative / Store Hostess for ABS Wheels Showroom in Rosersberg (Full-time)

📍 Location: Rosersberg, Stockholm

🕗 Working hours: Weekdays 08:00–17:00

🚘 Requirements: B driver's license & fluent Swedish in speech and writing

ABS Wheels is looking for a store hostess/customer service representative for our showroom in Rosersberg. An important role in a company that is rapidly growing in tires & rims.

About the role

In this position, you are our first point of contact – both digitally and physically. You meet customers in our showroom, respond to incoming calls and emails, assist in booking and managing orders, and handle key handover and reception of customer cars. We are looking for someone who is:

• Very articulate, quick-witted, and has a strong personality
• 
  
• Naturally service-oriented and positive even in a fast-paced environment
• 
  
• Experienced in communicating professionally both over the phone and in writing

You will also be responsible for ensuring that our premises are tidy, fresh, and welcoming, and that our customer cars are handled with care – therefore, a B driver's license is a requirement.

We are looking for someone who has

• Previous experience in service or customer support
• 
  
• Fluent Swedish in speech and writing (required)
• 
  
• Good knowledge of English (meriting)
• 
  
• B driver's license (required)
• 
  
• An eye for order, details, and customer experience
