Professionals Nord is seeking, in collaboration with Danske Bank, a Customer Advisor for their outbound operations. This department within the bank has a clearly defined goal: to strengthen customer relationships, create positive experiences, and increase customer engagement with the bank. By working proactively with both existing and new private customers, Danske Bank offers tailored solutions that meet customers' current needs and interests.

As a customer advisor, you will be part of a team that works with outgoing calls related to mortgage issues. You represent the bank and are often one of the first contacts for both new and existing customers. Your main task is to proactively contact current and potential private customers on behalf of the bank's advisors; by booking meetings, you help create new business opportunities for the bank. The customers you contact daily have either shown engagement with the bank or the team wants to call for customer care purposes to schedule meetings. By providing first-class service and a professional approach, many of your calls will lead to booked advisory meetings, which are then held with the bank's private advisors. Together with your team of five, you will continuously improve your working methods to create even greater value for the bank's customers. There may also be side assignments from other departments in the bank as the outbound operations have expertise in proactivity.

We are looking for someone who

• Has an interest in finance and a desire to learn more about the field.
• Has excellent knowledge of both Swedish and English as both languages are used in daily work.
• Has good knowledge of the Office suite and computer usage.

It is an advantage if you have previous work experience in customer contact and are comfortable on the phone.
