Job Responsibilities

We are now looking for a machine operator for one of our clients in Borås. As a machine operator, you will be responsible for and monitor the daily operation of the machines, ensuring everything runs smoothly. The tasks are varied but may include performing operational tasks at different workstations, monitoring machine functionality, handling any issues, and collaborating with colleagues to ensure production flows smoothly.

Responsibilities include:

Setting up and monitoring machines.
Ensuring a steady flow of materials and that production meets established quality standards.
Adjusting machine parameters as needed to optimize production.
Performing quality checks and managing any deviations.
Collaborating with colleagues and maintenance teams to ensure efficient production.

Location: Borås and surrounding areas
Working hours: Shift work
Scope: Full-time
Start: Immediately/By agreement

Your Profile

We are looking for a meticulous and technically interested person with a strong drive to learn. You have a good understanding of machine functions and settings, as well as an eye for quality. You thrive both working independently and in a team.

To be considered for the position, you need to:

Have a driver's license
Be proficient in Swedish, both spoken and written
Have forklift license A1-A4, B1-B4
Experience with counterbalance forklifts
Have a strong sense of responsibility and commitment to your work, with a focus on quality and precision.
Be positive, driven, and have a high work ethic.

Meritorious:
• Previous experience as an operator.
