About the position

Perido is looking for a registrar for our client who is responsible for national and international security through education and research. This position is located in Stockholm.

Your responsibilities

In the role of registrar, you will support the organization administratively and strategically. Your main responsibilities will include:

• Daily mail opening, registration, archiving, and dispatching
• Mapping and archiving of registered documents and cases
• Contact with employees and the public regarding the disclosure of documents in accordance with the principle of public access
• Providing information about ongoing and completed cases
• Generating statistics on ongoing and completed cases

Your qualities

We are now looking for someone who is service-minded, has a structured approach to work, is responsible, and wants to contribute to good work results. You have no problem working efficiently during periods of higher workload and you also possess the ability to prioritize correctly among your tasks. You demonstrate professionalism towards your colleagues and find it easy to collaborate with them, but you are also comfortable with independent work. Finally, we believe that you have good computer skills and knowledge of various document and case management systems.

Qualifications:

• Registrar education at the university level or equivalent education. Alternatively, high school or equivalent education and one year of work experience as a registrar
• Good knowledge of MS Office or equivalent
• Knowledge of document and case management systems (e.g., Public360, W3D3, or Visual Arkiv, etc.)
• Familiarity with laws and regulations governing public operations and the registrar function and responsibility
• Ability to communicate fluently in Swedish, both orally and in writing

Meritorious:

• Knowledge and experience in both archive and registrar issues

Scope and start date

Full-time, consultancy assignment until 2025-10-31. Start date 2025-06-01.
