Job Responsibilities

We are looking for someone who enjoys working closely with patients and has their best interests at heart. You should be confident in yourself and in your role as a caregiver. The work in the organization is based on great commitment, responsiveness, a positive attitude, and good collegial community, which requires collaboration skills and social competence. You have an ethical and professional approach in all interactions. Relatives and other partners are important to us in providing the patient with the best possible conditions during their care and prior to discharge.

The tasks are many and varied; as a caregiver, you will work in a team with other professionals around the patients with psychiatric care.

Additional Information

As we in Psychiatry care for our patients and value patient safety highly, we will request extracts from the suspicion and criminal records from the National Police Board during the recruitment process. Qualifications

We welcome you who are a trained caregiver/nursing assistant, preferably with a focus on psychiatry according to previous program structure, or are a trained nursing assistant within the current program structure. You may also have completed caregiver training as a YH education. To assess employability, transcripts from your healthcare education and proof from the National Board of Health and Welfare of a protected professional title must be attached to your application. We are looking for someone with:

• Desire and interest in working in a team
• Good collaboration skills
• Communicative ability
• Ability to take initiative and be flexible

Experience in psychiatric work is an advantage. Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability and collaboration skills in a group. You have an ethical and professional approach in all interactions.
