We are looking for someone who is passionate about providing care and support to our elderly residents at the short-term accommodation in beautiful Arvidsjaur!

As a nursing assistant at our short-term accommodation, you will play an important role in creating a safe and pleasant environment for our guests. Bryggan is a short-term accommodation with 15 places. Here we offer basic daily rehabilitation and intensively targeted rehabilitation.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide personal care, support, and rehabilitation to our guests.
• Participate in the planning and implementation of care and support measures.
• Collaborate with colleagues, case managers, nurses, and rehabilitation staff to ensure good quality of care.
• Document and report in accordance with applicable procedures.

Desired Qualifications:

• Nursing assistant education or other relevant education in care and support.
• Good collaboration skills and an empathetic approach.
• Ability to adapt your working method and work person-centered based on each guest's needs.

The current employment includes day, evening, and weekend shifts. Within the position, you may need to work at another workplace based on your area of expertise. Both positions are permanent, with one being filled subject to the necessary decisions being made. A probationary period may apply.
