Our nursing assistant/medical foot care provider is moving, and we are therefore looking for a replacement for her.

PERSONAL QUALITIES

As a nursing assistant, you will work in a team with home care district nurses/nurses around the individual, but still have independent work. Therefore, the job requires a good ability to plan, organize, and prioritize. We would like you to have experience with sampling, wound dressings, and other healthcare tasks. The job requires you to be positive, cooperative, and creative, as well as to take your own initiatives and responsibility. For us, a good approach towards our patients and each other is a given, and it should be for you as well. We have a person-centered approach.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Your work will primarily consist of home visits where you meet patients in various life situations, in their own homes. You will perform sampling, dressings, and other healthcare tasks at home. You will register in the quality register Senior Alert, and of course, you will receive training on this. The job requires some independence, while you have the home care team around you. You will also collaborate with home care services. You will document in the journal system Combine, and you will receive training in the system. As a medical foot care provider, you will perform foot care at home, for home care patients, and in special accommodations for patients entitled to medical foot care.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for an experienced nursing assistant who also has training as a medical foot care provider. You also have a driver's license.
