We are looking for
We are seeking a licensed physician who wants to further develop and strengthen our health center. You have a language level corresponding to C1 according to the Council of Europe's scale. You have a commitment and curiosity for primary care and its mission, as well as an interest in training to become a specialist in general medicine. It is an advantage if you speak multiple languages. Previous experience in primary care is also a plus. For those who have not completed Swedish general service, basic training will be offered as a mandatory part of your specialist training.
We place great importance on your personal qualities. You have good collaboration and communication skills. You are self-driven, engaged in your work, and have a good understanding of the importance of a professional and friendly approach.
What you will work with
You will become part of our medical team and will collaborate with all professional groups at the health center. Your tasks will encompass the varied and broad field of general medicine. The basic training is clinical under supervision within the framework of integrated BT-ST training. The purpose is to increase clinical skills and equally introduce doctors to the Swedish healthcare system. The basic training is usually 12 months long, but can be as short as six months.

Information about the position
We offer a full-time temporary position during basic training with the possibility of extension to complete specialist training, starting by agreement. Working hours are Monday - Friday from 08:00-17:00. Selection and interviews are ongoing, and the position may be filled before the application deadline.
Region Norrbotten applies individual salary setting according to collective agreements.
