Your role as a pharmacist for Kronans Apotek in Norremark, Växjö

We are looking for a colleague who, like us, is driven, engaged, and enjoys good and fun collaboration. The pharmacy is located in the expansive shopping area of Norremark, which has many nice stores, gyms, and businesses. We have all kinds of customers of all ages, and they are so pleasant and cheerful, perhaps because we infect them with our positivity! You will work together with a wonderful team consisting of 5 pharmacists and 3 pharmacy technicians who collectively take great responsibility for the pharmacy and create world-class customer experiences. We are part of a cluster with Växjö Linnégallerian, so we have a large team that collaborates and helps each other with both pharmacies.

The daily work is varied and includes everything from advising and selling medications and self-care products to working with inventory management, campaign work, quality, and development. The role also includes the following responsibilities and tasks:

• You are responsible for dispensing the correct medication to each customer and providing the best possible customer advice while creating a world-class customer experience.
• Create involvement within the pharmacy and promote good group dynamics through good collaboration with your colleagues.

The pharmacy is open from 9 AM to 7 PM on weekdays, and from 10 AM to 3 PM on Saturdays and Sundays. We offer a permanent position on full-time or part-time depending on your preferences, and you will be welcomed into our energetic pharmacy manager Helena Glen's team. Desired start date is negotiable.

We are looking for someone who is a licensed pharmacist or pharmacy technician. To thrive in this role, we believe that you are passionate about helping our customers achieve good medication use and health.
