Health and Medical Care Unit

The Health and Medical Care Unit is part of the social services directed towards care homes, home care, and support for people with disabilities. The unit consists of nurses, specialist nurses, occupational therapists, physiotherapists, and nursing assistants who provide qualified medical care with the patient in focus. Here in the health and medical care unit, joy at work and pride are at the core of our work, and we offer you a pleasant workplace with competent and experienced colleagues.

During the summer, we need reinforcement in our Rehab team, and therefore we are looking for a dedicated and driven licensed occupational therapist for a summer position.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform assessments and individual interventions for people with various disabilities
• Supervise staff and relatives
• Work with rehabilitation and habilitation in collaboration with other professional groups
• Develop, prescribe, and adapt aids and activities to support clients' independence
• Perform health-promoting and preventive interventions
• Document and follow up interventions according to applicable routines
• Collaborate with internal and external actors

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for you who are a Licensed Occupational Therapist

• Experience in municipal primary care is an advantage
• Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Empathetic ability and responsiveness to citizens' needs
• Interest in quality and development work
• Driver's license B
