About the role
You are the spider in the web of the residents' health and medical care efforts and work to provide quality of life. You are responsible for ensuring that medical prescriptions are followed. You regularly conduct risk assessments and follow-ups to ensure good quality in the operation.
Collaboration and support
You are part of a team with care staff, nurses, occupational therapists, and physiotherapists. An important role for you is to coach and educate the care staff so that together you provide each resident with the best possible life. Getting to know the residents
Understanding the residents' wishes and noticing small changes in their health and medical conditions is often crucial for accurate assessments and decisions.
Clear routines
To create security and clarity for you as a nurse, there is extensive support in the form of practical and easily applicable routines, governing documents, and checklists. Our quality management system is called Qualimax and is industry-leading.
