Here you will have the opportunity to contribute to Telenor's customer service by helping their customers with orders and answering questions about subscriptions and products within mobile, broadband, and TV.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for someone who wants to provide the best possible service in both speech and writing. You are motivated by solving customer challenges and have an easy time adapting to new environments and systems. Furthermore, you are goal-oriented and see upselling as a natural and important part of the customer experience. We would like you to:

  • Have previous work experience in some form of service.
  • Have a background in sales, preferably via phone.
  • Be used to using the phone as a work tool
  • Handle Swedish and English fluently
  • Have a complete upper secondary education
  • Be social and enjoy talking to different types of people
  • Thrive in a role with varying working hours.

What does the role involve?

Together with your team, you will assist Telenor's customers via email and phone. The team mainly handles questions regarding mobile telephony, broadband, TV, and subscriptions. Interested?
