As a Senior Account Manager at Mimbly (https://www.mimbly.se/), you will play a central role in establishing and developing partnerships with distributors and sales partners both nationally and internationally. You will be responsible for driving sales, identifying new market segments, and developing solutions that meet customer needs. By training and supporting the distributors' sales teams, you will become a key person for their success and an important part of Mimbly's continued growth.

Your future responsibilities:

In the role of Senior Account Manager, you will work both strategically and operationally to develop and strengthen Mimbly's market presence. Your main responsibilities include:

• Drive sales: Manage the entire sales process – from prospecting to closing deals.
• Develop partners: Train and support distributors' sales teams to maximize their success.
• Collaborations: Design and negotiate distribution and collaboration agreements.
• Strategy and business development: Identify new market segments and create value propositions that meet customer needs.
• Brand building: Represent Mimbly at industry events, trade shows, and marketing activities.
• CRM and reporting: Ensure that sales processes are documented and that set goals are met.

We are looking for someone who:

Has solid experience in B2B sales and a natural ability to build long-term business relationships. You thrive in a fast-growing environment and have a strong passion for sustainability. We would like you to have:

• At least 8 years of experience in B2B sales with a focus on distributors and sales partners.
• Documented success in developing business relationships and closing deals.
• Ability to train sales teams and convey value propositions in an inspiring way.
• Driver's license.
• Fluent in Swedish and very good command of English.
• Experience from the professional laundry industry or a related field is highly desirable.
