About the Job

We are now seeking passionate inside sales representatives for our office in Solna, right next to the commuter train and Mall of Scandinavia.
In this role, you will contact private individuals to sell electricity contracts. Our clients are leaders in their industry, providing you with the best possible conditions to deliver at your best and achieve success in your work. What We Offer:
- Base salary + commission: We offer a base salary based on experience and a commission model that allows you to reach high salary levels
- Work-life balance: A preliminary 35-hour work week (approx. 09:00–17:00) gives you more time for leisure and recovery. We also comply with vacation laws
- Support and community: We provide ongoing training, coaching, and team activities to promote your development. After-work events, sales competitions, etc., with fantastic colleagues
Scope: Full-time
We are looking for someone who:
- Is both communicative and service-oriented with a natural ability to build relationships and deliver high customer satisfaction
- Has strong commitment and drive to achieve your goals
- Speaks and writes fluent Swedish
- Sales experience is a plus but not a requirement. We provide you with the right conditions to succeed
Employment and Start: We offer a 6-month probationary period, which will then transition to a permanent position. Start dates are ongoing.
