Bid Coordinator at Sweco in Malmö

Do you want to play a key role in how one of Sweden's leading consulting companies in community building wins its contracts? Sweco in Malmö is now looking for a structured and committed Bid Coordinator who wants to help develop business support for their public procurements.

About the position

As a Bid Coordinator at Sweco in Malmö, you will have a central role in the work with public procurements. You will monitor procurement sites, analyze incoming requests, and serve as support for group managers and project leaders throughout the bidding process. This means that you will build internal networks, compile agreements and contracts, identify key points, and suggest questions or deviations.

You will handle parallel procurements and are used to keeping track of details and processes. With the help of internal templates and checklists, you will become a knowledge hub for bid work.

You will be part of how Sweco does business, participate in weekly meetings with group managers, and have the opportunity to contribute to and develop existing structures and routines.

In summary, the role involves:

• Monitoring public procurements and analyzing requests
• Coordinating and supporting bid work, including contract management and contacts
• Participating in the development of structures and processes for procurements

About the candidate we are looking for

To succeed as a Bid Coordinator at Sweco, you need to be structured, systematic, and communicative. You have a natural ability to create order and keep track of several parallel tasks while having a good ability to collaborate and build internal relationships.

Furthermore, you are unafraid to contact people and drive processes forward. You have patience and an analytical mind that makes you eager to delve into detailed texts and complex documents.

Requirements:

• Relevant post-secondary education, e.g., in community building, environment, or law
• Alternatively, relevant work experience
• Swedish and English in speech and writing

Meritorious:

• Experience in bids/procurements
• Competence in ABK 09
• Competence in the environmental sector
