We hope you have:

• A higher education in IT and at least 1 year of experience as an IT technician or equivalent
• Knowledge of ticketing systems
• Comprehensive knowledge of computers, peripherals, operating systems, networks, and information security
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office or equivalent
• Very good skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written

Do you lack higher education? Longer relevant work experience (minimum 3 years) as an IT technician can compensate for this.
