Site Manager for Property Services at FF Fastighetsservice in Västerås!

FF Fastighetsservice is now looking for a self-driven and proactive Site Manager for Property Services for our office in Västerås.

Your Role

As a Site Manager in Property Services, you will have a broad and varied responsibility. You lead the daily work in the unit, plan resources, and ensure that our assignments are carried out with high quality and good structure. The position also entails significant responsibility for customer relationships – both by nurturing our existing contracts and identifying new business opportunities. You will work closely with our site manager in Västerås and become an important link between customers, employees, and suppliers.

Your responsibilities include everything from managing work and planning property maintenance to troubleshooting repairs, inspections, and proactive problem-solving. You will be responsible for driving and following up on projects and will also work with administration, documentation, and financial follow-up together with the site manager.

In short – a dynamic role where you get to be both operational and strategic.

About You

We are looking for someone who thrives in a leadership role and has a natural drive to create order, development, and good relationships. To succeed in this role, we believe you have previous experience in property services or property technology – and preferably a technical background in areas such as HVAC, ventilation, or carpentry.

Your ability to structure, prioritize, and plan your work is important, as is your willingness to see solutions where others see problems. You are social, clear in your communication, and have an easy time building trust – both with customers and colleagues. Being able to express yourself fluently in Swedish, both spoken and written, is a requirement. You also need to have good IT skills and a B driver's license.

We are looking for a responsible, business-minded person with a genuine interest in people and properties. If you are also used to juggling multiple tasks at once – while still focusing on quality and service – then you might be exactly who we are looking for.
