We are currently seeking machine operators for an international company that offers sustainable energy solutions. Our client has a development-oriented environment with high ceilings and is characterized by a culture of teamwork and community. The work involves varied tasks, and you will receive thorough training at the company's different stations initially before your work begins. You will then be responsible for one station before gradually learning the company's other workstations, as our client advocates rotation in the work. Most of the machines you handle are automated, requiring a basic competence in programming and troubleshooting. You will also quality assure the products manufactured to meet the quality that the company's customers require. Some tasks involve heavy lifting, thus requiring good physical fitness. The work usually takes place in two shifts, but night and weekend work may also occur.

To succeed in this role, we see that you are a driven, social, and humble person with an eye for detail. You are not afraid to pitch in where needed, and you are self-sufficient. Furthermore, you work equally well individually as in a group and possess good problem-solving skills and an efficient working method. We also see that you are motivated to achieve the set daily production goals with the highest quality and accuracy.

Qualifications:

Completed high school education, preferably in technology or industry.
Basic understanding of the manufacturing industry and technical comprehension.
Experience from previous work as an operator or similar.
Good physical fitness, as heavy work occurs.
Forklift license A and B
