Summer Job as an Operator in Malmö

We are looking for summer workers interested in assignments as operators in Malmö. Are you cooperative, responsible, and thrive in a fast-paced environment? - Then this position is for you!

About the Position

Candeco is a leading player in the food sector and a prominent producer of sprinkles, caramel, and sugar pearls. In this role, you will monitor and manage machines in the production line and be responsible for various parts of the manufacturing of the company's products. It is important that you perform regular quality checks to ensure product standards. In case of any production-related issues, you are expected to act quickly and effectively to resolve them. The machinery must be cleaned and maintained according to established routines. Additionally, you will work closely with your team members to ensure a smooth production process.

The working hours are scheduled for either daytime or evening shifts, starting in week 21.

Your Responsibilities

In your role as an Operator, your main tasks will include:

• Basic machine operations
• Manufacturing products in various stages
• Quality control, labeling, and process parameters
• Loading and unloading materials to production machines.

The Operator position is a consulting assignment during the summer months (weeks 21-35) with a chance for extension after the summer.

About You

To thrive in this job, you should be organized and quality-conscious. Furthermore, we see that you are flexible, cooperative, and structured in your work and enjoy working in a team. Heavy lifting will occur, so it is important that you are comfortable with physical work. A driver's license, access to a car, and a forklift license are highly meritorious as public transport is limited in the evenings.

Requirements

Important for the position are:

• Good physical condition
• Quality-conscious
• Cooperative and structured
• Previous experience in production is highly meritorious
• You must be at least 18 years old
• Good knowledge of Swedish
• Forklift license
• Driver's license and access to a car
