Project Manager

We are now looking for a Project Manager to join our team at Orrefors Kosta Boda! Are you organized, practical, and able to take the lead on key projects?

Who are you?

You are an experienced project manager with a technical background, capable of managing multiple priorities and thrive when faced with a challenge.

You will report to the COO and be responsible for taking a leading role in key projects that may include planning, scheduling, stakeholder engagement, ensuring quality deliveries, and having high-quality action plans in place and executed with follow-up.

Responsibilities

· Ensure the ongoing operations in customer and development projects.

· Lead project scope, schedule, cost, risk, and change control while maintaining safety, quality, and budget goals. Work directly with partners and key stakeholders to ensure compliance.

· Coordinate and administer activities such as procurement, production, development, and ensure smooth execution through clear communication and problem-solving.

· Ensure contract management, stakeholder engagement, and compliance with internal and external approvals.

· Maintain strong working relationships with customers, suppliers, internal stakeholders, and ensure effective coordination and communication.

· Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.

· Actively work on continuous development and optimization of processes.

· Perform other related tasks as requested.

Qualifications

· Degree or diploma in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Technical or related field.

· 3–5 years of experience as a Project Manager/Coordinator in a similar role, preferably in a manufacturing environment.

· A technical background working with requirements, understanding operational realities, opportunities, and challenges.

· Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

· Excellent critical thinking, planning, prioritization, problem-solving, and follow-up skills.

· A valued collaborator and team player with a proven ability to influence others.

· Strong business acumen with excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.

· Lean or Six Sigma experience.

· Proven ability to work with Microsoft Office programs and tools, proficient in Excel.

· Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
